JMD'S Travel & Tours ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

When you send an inquiry, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your email address and/or mobile number
- The package or service you are inquiring about and the number of travelers
- Any message you choose to include
We do not ask for passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive information through the website form.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation or booking
- To contact you about the package or service you asked about
- To keep a record of inquiries for our own follow-up and service quality
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Who can see it
Your inquiry is visible only to authorized JMD'S Travel & Tours staff. We use trusted service providers to run the website: hosting and security checks (Cloudflare), database storage (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend). They process data only to provide these services. If a booking requires sharing your details with an airline, hotel, embassy or other supplier, we share only what is needed.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, by contacting us using the details below.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and spam protection to safeguard your information. No online system is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your data protected.
